What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel via our website, Momence, or ClassPass
Cancelling at least 4 hours prior to class: No cancellation fees, you will retain your class pass, and may use it towards a future class.
Cancelling within 4 hours of class: No refund, session is forfeited. You will be charged a $5 cancellation fee
No shows: No refund, session is forfeited. You will be charged a $10 no-show cancellation fee
What do I need to know in order to prepare myself for my first class?
Bring a water bottle and a towel. Arrive at 5 minutes early to get set up, and check-in. All equipment is provided.
Grippy socks and workout towels available for purchase in-studio
Wear comfortable clothing you can move in easily. Leggings, shorts, or exercise pants and a comfy top is perfect.
I’m a beginner, which classes can I attend?
We offer a huge variety of beginner classes throughout the week and on weekends. There is a variety of classes for all levels

Should I wear shoes?
No shoes in-studio please, unless required. Grippy socks are available to purchase if required
I'm pregnant, can I still attend classes?
Seek professional advice from your doctor or health professional before undertaking any classes.
We will require a letter from your GP before you can attend any classes after the first trimester
Can I bring my child?
Children aged 9 and over are welcome to attend classes, when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Check with us first if you can bring younger children. Many of our instructors welcome a child to sit with a quiet activity during class.
We offer monthly parents and kids classes on Sunday mornings (on-demand) and twice weekly mums and bubs pilates and yoga classes.
