By using specific sounds and frequencies, we can restore balance and harmony to the body's system. Sound therapy induces deep relaxation. It facilitates the release of stress and stuck energy, fostering positive transformation. Sound therapy supports your overall physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing, and can support people experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, fatigue, pain and discomfort.
As a trained sound therapist, Fiona uses specific instruments and applies appropriate techniques to activate and stimulate healthy physiological activity in the body. She works with a wide variety of sound healing instruments including crystal and Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, drums, monochord and voice.
