Suse Verity - Yogini
Suse Verity is a dedicated yoga and meditation instructor at Akasha Wellness. With a passion for helping others find peace and balance, Suse adapts her teachings to suit each individual's physical needs, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all. Her approach is holistic and integrative, drawing from various tools and principles, including Ayurveda. Suse offers a range of classes and workshops, including yoga, meditation, and menopause support

Outside of fitness, she’s a busy mum of four, a beach lover, and an avid Wordle solver who believes in doing her best and continually growing.
Sophie O'Donnell - Dance and Fitness Instructor
With an impressive background as the Artistic Director of The Western Ballet Project and a Licentiate of the I.S.T.D Imperial Classical, Sophie brings a wealth of dance expertise, and she channels this profound knowledge and passion into her role as a Pilates instructor. Her extensive training, including diplomas in Dance Education and Elite Dance Performance, creates a dynamic and effective approach to movement for all her students.
Kylie Girdler - Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer
Kylie is an experienced Pilates and group exercise instructor and owner of Mint Fitness Studio in Bacchus Marsh. She brings her passion for empowering others through movement to our community. She now leads a fortnightly bootcamp and occasionally covers our Cardio Strength Mat Pilates classes.
Kira Ostwald - Yogini and Pilates Instructor
Kira is a highly experienced yoga teacher, having taught over 2000 hours of public classes and owning her own studio, Oshun Yoga in Melbourne. With over 500 hours of training in Sivananda, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her dynamic Vinyasa class every Saturday at our studio. Kira also enjoys covering Mat Pilates classes occasionally.
Ash Hamm - Clinical Pilates, Group Fitness Instructor & Personal Trainer
While on maternity leave, Ash completed her Pilates Mat and Reformer certifications, experiencing firsthand its benefits for postpartum recovery, and she now shares this expertise by running our Mums & Bubs classes every Tuesday while raising her two kids. With a passion for holistic well-being that extends to her nutrition studies, Ash is excited to be back teaching and plans to be back in studio more as the kids get older.
Fiona Ross - Musician and Sound Healing Expert
Fiona Ross is an award-winning musician based in Blackwood who also shares her talents as a sound healing practitioner. Combining her musical expertise with specialized training, Fiona leads sound healing sessions at the studio on the last Friday of each month, creating an experience of deep relaxation and well-being.
Jody Moran - Pilates Instructor
Jody came to love Pilates through her own journey with injuries associated with playing netball. She is a mother of three and after returning to netball after the birth of her third child, she started pilates and found it super helpful.She loves teaching and is enthusiastic about helping people achieve goals while keeping a good sense of humour and having fun along the way.

Erin Wicks, the Founder and Director of Eternal Moksha, brings a diverse background in holistic practices to her yoga teaching. Robin Ray has decades of business management and fitness industry experience. She is a hands-on powerlifting coach, group fitness instructor, personal trainer. She believes in sustainable and fun fitness principles, and runs dynamic Metafit, cardio and strength sessions, and is a wickedly awesome personal trainer.

Inspired by their own journey of using Pilates for injury recovery and performance enhancement during their time as a competitive Irish dancer, Ellen's classes emphasize core fundamentals, breath awareness, and a touch of their vibrant personality.
